Aorangi Masters 2020 3rd – 5th April Clarks Beach Auckland To be considered for the 2020 Masters team the following is guidance for selection. There is an expectation of players to play some of the following tournaments in Aorangi & Canterbury. All scores should be put in hole by hole please. Any other games that are played outside of these tournaments could players please advise selector, Anne Seed on the conditions etc of the game. Update on our team at the NZ Golf Womens Interprovincials

8 December 2019

The last day of the NZ Golf Womens Interprovincials has ended with a brilliant win to Auckland over Manawatu/ Wanganui. In very windy conditions all other teams outside the semi-final pairings were to play off for places.   The Aorangi team played Waikato for 7th place. Unfortunately, it wasn’t Aorangi’s day, losing 4 -1.   The 8th position was an awesome effort for the girls.   Thanks to all our Association members for their support of our Interprovincial teams and to Trust Aoraki for their generous grant to assist us in sending our teams to these NZ Golf events. Daniel Perham makes his 100th Interprovincial appearance.

When our Men's side take to the course this afternoon to take on Otago at the NZ Golf Interprovincial Tournament, Daniel Perham will make his 100th Interprovincial appearance for Aorangi. This is an incredible achievement and needs to be celebrated far and wide. Daniel is not just an outstanding golfer but an amazing person to many people. Graham Keen appointed as new Aorangi Club & Player Development Manager.

Aorangi Golf has appointed Graham Keen as their new Club & Player Development Manager. Graham brings to the role a wealth of knowledge and experience of the game and industry (product sales, caddy,  club player and committee member, regional club competitor, PGA Gateway 2 Coach, and was employed by Aorangi Golf as Development Manager 2011- 2015). As Club and Player Development Manager Graham will help to initiate and assist  Community groups and Clubs with learning skills for all ages to play Golf and inspire new club membership.
